Video: Peta’s Too Hot For Super Bowl Commercial!

NBC just passed on this Super Bowl Ad for Peta where the models are seriously getting freaky with some veggies. Brings back memories of a kid where you thought a woman was buying a cucumber for different reasons. Or was that just my peverted self? Anyway, guess NBC is not too worried about selling ads as it passed on this vegetarian one. What do you all think?-Dr.FB

Even The Super Bowl Is Feeling Economic Times

First, the Playboy Super Bowl party at the Playboy Mansion was cancelled.  Then the lingerie bowl was cancelled.  Now comes some very interesting news; not all the Super Bowl ads are sold!

Usually, Super Bowl ad space sell out months in advance.  Not so this year.  NBC was asking for $3 million starting for ads.  Turns out they have been selling for under the price mark.  In fact, with 4 days left, they still have 4 spaces left selling under $2.7 Million.

This is gonna be a pretty well rated Super Bowl, but advertisers rather pass.  Even GM and others who have been putting ads on for over 10 years passed.  When the going gets tough, they sure turned into quarterbacks.-Dr.FB

It’s Hazy, Hot, and Humid in Jacksonville.

We're now into week 3 of auditions and we kick it off in Jacksonville Florida. The home of high humidity and very large gators. It was a good start in Florida. It must be all the humidity that warms the voices up. Or maybe it's the drunken non-making out that Paula did with Kara. Either way, it started out very nicely.

Naturally, the more it went on, the worse it got. I don't know, with the way the show started, I had some high hopes for Florida. I wasn't expecting everyone to rock, but I was expecting a little better than what they had. They did make it up in the end, and though I didn't agree with all the choices they made today, there were some really good singers.

On a side note, thank you American Idol. Finally, a show that didn't have a bleeding heart story. It was a nice release from the mundane of the normalcy's of the show. Let's see how they do in Salt Lake City tomorrow.

Bruce Springsteen’s Working On A Dream

Why is it, as hard as I am trying to give this project a chance, I just can't get into it?  Perhaps, after the Super Bowl will give it another try.-Dr.FB
