16 Jul Madonna “Devastated” as Stage Collapse Kills 1

Madonna’s stage collapsed today, killing 1 and injuring 6. It was being set up for a show July 19th at the Velodrome Stadium.

Madonna issued this statement:

“I am devastated to have just received this tragic news. My prayers go out to those who were injured and their families along with my deepest sympathy to all those affected by this heartbreaking news.”

It is being reported that the concert has been cancelled.  Horrible accident. Rancid.-Dr.FB
