Is Steven Slater The New American Hero?

Oh boy is Jet Blue in a mess.  They have to defend the customer as the customer is always right, even when they are wrong.

We all know the story.  Steven Slater, a flight attendant with over 20+ years of experience asked a woman to not get her luggage til they were fully stopped and she said “Efff Off!” and Slater had his breaking point, going off on the female for her rudeness and doing it in grand fashion, grabbing 2 beers and going out the emergency exit.

He was arrested for this but was released late last night and people are coming to his defense.  Check out the clip above.

So, who was wrong, Slater or the flying passenger?-Dr.FB

OMG tough $hit, the CUSTOMER didn’t listed to your insructions and that gives you the right to throw F-Bombs out to passengers including children . This LOSER is no hero! How long until we give this douchbag a reality show?

Definately the passenger, its not a hard instruction to follow, according to some other reports the passenger pulled the luggage hold door open and hit Slater on the head cutting him. Some passengers are far too rude to flight attendents.

The passenger is at fault, I feel bad for the flight attendant. Why is no one chasing the passenger down and berating her? “Eff off”??? Unbelievable.
