The creator of Glee, Ryan Murphy received the Social Responsibility in the Media Award at the ACLU Garden Party last week. 

Glee has mentioned the ACLU at least twice so far on the show.  The episodes were for in episodes involving equal rights for same-sex couples parents and job discrimination faced by people with disabilities.

We were able to obtain Ryan’s speech exclusively.  Give it a listen below and let us know what you think.-Dr.FB
