11 Jan Janet Jackson To Embark On A 35 City U.S. Tour

Janet Jackson IS touring this year as a 35 city U.S. tour was announced along with tickets going on sale this Saturday January 15th.
We are told that Janet put the word out to her fans of what cities they wanted her to tour and is how the cities were picked.
The title of the tour is a mouthful; “Janet Jackson Number Ones, Up Close and Personal Tour” which we will just refer to now before her peeps do it as the “Up Close & Personal Tour” with smaller venues being chosen. Smart move after what happened last time with several dates being cancelled due to venues not being sold out and an odd bout with vertigo and pregnancy rumors.
We are happy Janet is on the road as 2011 is shaping up to a be a great year of tours.
