The New Avril Lavigne…sounds like the old Avril Lavigne. She even looks like she did 10 years ago when she arrived on the scene.

“What The Hell” is the latest video from Avril and 10 years ago, it would have been a hit. Now? I am not so sure.

    I like the song. The video not so much. I’ve always liked Avril Lavigne.
