14 Oct Skyelor Anderson Performs “Nobody Knows” On X Factor

Skyelor Anderson performed “Nobody Knows” on X Factor and did well enough in my opinion to make it to the next round.

The song “Nobody Knows”, originally performed and written by Tony Rich, was covered a few years later by country singer Kevin Sharp. What Skyelor did was Sharp’s version of the song.

Rihanna and L.A. Reid seemed pleased with the performance but seemed worried he is only doing the country drawl which leads me to believe they may not have known of the pre-existing country version of the song.

I hope that L.A. picks an R & B only song next time. Skyelor’s voice is powerful and does not need to be pigeonholed as a country singer.
