16 Nov Sly Stone Cops A Plea To Avoid Jail Time

Sly Stone is in a rehab facility for 30 days and will spend 60 more days in there to avoid jail time.  While Herman Cain cops a feel, Sly copped a plea.

Sly was arrested earlier this year in April for being in possession of cocaine while doing a search of his vehicle.

He pleaded no contest to the charges on Tuesday and agreed to the sentencing of 60 more days in rehab other than jail time.

Stone has said when he gets out of rehab, he hopes to return to his music career and work with Lady Gaga along with others.

We are pulling for Sly……we just hope it is not the same song and dance for someone so legendary.-DocFB
