09 Oct Green Day Cancel 2012 Voodoo Music & Arts Experience!

Bad news for Green Day fans. They have officially cancelled their 2012 Voodoo Music & Arts Experience performance on October 27th, 2012.

There was no reason given for the band’s cancellation in the statement I received but we do know that Billie Joe Armstrong checked into rehab for substance abuse a little over a week ago after the band’s Iheartradio performance.

“Canceling shows is something we rarely do,” said Tré Cool. “We never want to let our fans down, and we are grateful for all of you being understanding during this time.”

For those that may have thought this was for show, it seems like you may be wrong.-DocFB
