“Dallas” & “I Dream Of Jeannie” Star Larry Hagman Dead At 81

Legendary TV star Larry Hagman has died. He was 81. He died at a Dallas hospital earlier today due to complications from his recent battle with Cancer.

The Dallas News broke the story.

Hagman played the TV villain to end all villains as J.R. Ewing on “Dallas” and earlier as the “master” of his own genie in “I Dream Of Jeannie” in the early days of television.

Despite his recent battle with Cancer, Hagman returned to the role of “J.R.” in the latest “Dallas” reboot on TNT.

He was surrounded by loved ones when he passed and his longtime friend and co-star of Dallas, Linda Gray.-DocFB

    Larry Hagman was a legend and was the biggest TV star of the 80s
    This is such a sad day for Dallas fans
    RIP Larry Hagman
    He was the undisputed star of TNTs Dallas no one else came close in terms of charisma, and he stole every scene
    Im shocked and saddened as I thought he was getting better
    I hope Momma / BBG is looking out for him just dont see how Dallas can continue without him

    I think everyone fall for Larry Hagman when he played “Tony Nelson” and “JR Ewing”. RIP Mr. Hagman.
