Hi everyone!  It’s been a busy but fun month for me and the site.  I want to thank you guys again for your support of the drfunkenberry.com and the brand.

Just want to remind some people who may be new coming here that when leaving comments, you can just put 123@aol.com and it will take it.   It’s just put there as part of the script.  Also, for some who criticize others spelling on the comments, don’t sweat it.  You guys see me make mistakes all the time and it is because I am either typing too fast or actually writing the story on my blackberry too fast.

Also, on the top right corner of the site, if you have a celeb sighting, or some juicy gossip or breaking news to send us, or if you are a PR team, an assistant, or even a celeb yourself with something to promote, send us news!  We would love to hear from you.

I know a lot of you have been asking about t-shirts and we hope to have them sooner than later.  I have a set date in mind, but will keep that to myself for now and hope to share it with you soon. 

Again, thank you guys so, soooo, sooooooo much for your support.  2010 has been off to a great start for us and we hope the same for you.  Times are tough but we are rolling with the punches, thanks to you!-Dr.FB

In an Aspen, Colorado courtroom today, Charlie Sheen pled not guilty to domestic violence charges. It was Christmas Day last year when Sheen’s wife,  Brooke Mueller Sheen, told police in a 911 call that he had put a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her.

Sheen denied threatening his wife with a knife or choking her. He told officers they had slapped each other on the arms and that he had snapped two pairs of her eyeglasses in front of her, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

Sheen showed little emotion and said nothing during his brief arraignment in Pitkin County District Court. The plea was entered by Richard Cummins, one of Sheen’s attorneys.

Sheen is charged is charged with menacing, criminal mischief and assault. Menacing, the most serious charge, carries a sentence of one to three years in prison. The jury trial is set to begin on July 21. -Dr.FB

Lifehouse, whose biggest hit was “Hanging On A Moment” has another hit on their hands “Halfway Gone” as their CD “Smoke & Mirrors” debuted at #6 on the Billboard charts.  That is the band’s highest debut ever and it could be debuting on Funkenberry Radio shortly.  It is up to you.

Lifehouse is currently set to take the road with Daughtry as the tour kicks off later this week.

Fresh off her break-up with Jamie Kennedy, Jennifer Love Hewitt was spotted in Los Angeles over the weekend.

People still want to know who broke up with who and if it was Jennifer, Jamie most likely found out when we all did. 

Jennifer Love, who broke up with Carson Daly by him finding out on the radio, was engaged to Carson at the time and pretty bitter about it.  The 2 are “friends now, but not cool the way it was handled.

She learned how to do that from Joey Lawrence, who back in her “Party of Five” days she hooked up with.  Fresh off a make out session that took place at a Blockbuster Music, Joey took another girl to a movie premiere the next night and told people they were no longer together.  So, that’s how Jennifer found out about the break-up, then made it a history to do it to her future ex’s.

Hopefully, Jamie was given a little more consideration than that.  Regardless, in the end, I hope they are both happy on their own.  If it is meant to be, it’s meant to be. 

Either that, or they can be placed in movie spin-off of some of their biggest movie roles.  I can see the title now; “I’ll Scream If I Know What You Did Last Summer Again.”  Yea, that works.-Dr.FB

Orianthi will perform on this week’s American Idol this Wednesday March 17th.

We broke the news exclusively on Friday to our Twitter Followers and our Facebook Fan Page  as Fox did not want to make the official announcement  on the site til Monday, so we snuck to our followers because they didn’t say we couldn’t. 

Orianthi will be performing “According To You” on the show, which is slowly creeping up the charts that used to matter, The Billboard Charts and is sitting at Number 17 right now.  She has been on Funkenberry Radio’s Top 21 for quite a while now. 

When we interviewed Orianthi a few weeks back, she let us know that she recorded an updated version of “Stairway To Heaven” by led Zeppelin with Mary J. Blige and guitar God Steve Vai. 

ALSO, Orianthi will be performing  on this Thursday’s “Tonight Show With Jay Leno” and that performance should be hot as well. Janet Jackson will be a guest on the show.  As you all should know, Orianthi was due to play with Janet’s brother, Michael Jackson (You might have heard of him) before his untimely death.  She is all over the documentary “This Is It” which is now out on DVD.

Kristen Stewart is not the biggest fan of the press and it has to do with how much people want to know about her relationship with Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson.

She has had to do a lot of press lately for her upcoming movie “The Runaways” and the question has come up more than she would like it to which is never.

On a recent interview when asked she replied; “I just can say that with Twilight we all have become really close and what people say about us ends up debasing our relationships.”

The interviewer then took it that she is implying that her n Robert are only friends and she quickly rebutted that by saying; No, that’s not what I said” and cut the interview short. 

Kristen was thrown into the Twilight limelight which is too much for her.  She just wants to stick to acting. 

Usually, it’s young males who have to deal with this craze like say Leonardo DiCaprio after “Titanic” and being the main female lead on a movie series such as Twilight can be overwhelming where she can’t handle always having to be nice or doing anything in the public eye.

Others may be upset by her and use her acting with the media as a way to dig at her, but she hasn’t been a menace on set during filming of “Twilight” or “The Runaways” as far as I know.  You can’t be nice 24/7 and if she doesn’t want to talk to RPattz, I am cool with that.  However, if they are spotted together…….-Dr.FB

Gaga Official Telephone Poster

The official “Telephone” poster for Lady Gaga’s  video for “Telephone” featuring Beyonce has been released. 

The video, which should be hitting over 20 million views on youtube before the middle of the week, has everyone talking, weather you hate it or love it. 

The song has been climbing up all the charts and has hit #1 on Funkenberry Radio.  Just to let you know, there is talk going on of taking Funkenberry Radio to new levels including it’s own station off the site.  We will keep you updated on that.
