Love it!!! Something reminds me of the Controversy cover…….his lips. Been with him since ’78 (a kid) & love u more everyday. His first cover (For You) was an afro too. Nice memory with the new.

Love this groove ! Been a long-time fan since the 1999 album found me back in ’83 and I love this laid-back jam…thanks for Layin’itdown P!
(And especially bringing back the vinyl baby! — Any b-sides down the road?)
Now I just need to dust off my turn-table and hit the Electric Fetus in MPLS 😉

Been a “fam” since 1981, The Rolling Stones tour (MSG-NY) where he filled in for James Brown who was on the bill (Dirty Mind Era). Every interview is the same old stuff, his music vault, record companies, master recordings etc. His fan base is in there 40’s, 50’s & 60’s. What has he done to attract a diverse fan base? Welcome 2 America Tour- nothing special. Still love his music, but his rap is getting tired.
    God Bless!
