New material, songs from his back catalog (including some somewhat obscure ones YES!), long jams and frenzied guitar solos, rock, funk …. Oh my goodness, if this is what we get in San Francisco next week I just won’t know what to do with myself! I’ll be way high up in the clouds somewhere in absolute musical bliss!!

I dig the new rendition of She’s Always in my Hair. That bass is on point! Shout out to Ida.

I like that Prince is expanding beyond the same touring formula and exposing broader audiences to both his music and new artists, why shouldn’t he?

I’m enjoying the new music, the old music, his performances, the reviews, his stage gear and Afro hair.

In a world with so much going on (and somethings not so very nice) I thank the Lord there is a Prince whose ability and insight reminds me that everything will be all right.

I hope Prince Fixulife! stay away from drugs!!! It ruins relationships!! I am only telling the truth!!! Purple Rain songs were written with a person who had a clear head, and a person who cared!

Cool set lists although I think Prince should refrain from doing ANY covers. His discography is just too large to fool around with other people’s songs, especially since he dislikes others doing his songs. People go to a Prince show to hear and see him do HIS music. Rock on!!

Twenty feet away from Prince is a good place to be as he rips into “Let’s Go” cos I like the night life baby in a washy guitar kind of way. “Crimson and Clover” becomes a wild thing and Prince just keeps going. Pretty damn fine rocking guitar grooves.

Krzysztof, Let’s hope we get to witness “When We’re Dancing Close and Slow” in Seattle. Worth it beyond.
This is musical Master Class with Prince & 3rd Eye. Oprah gets paid & adored to film episodes of Master Class for 40 to 44 minutes & don’t even leave her studio! Prince in a small club, likely 1000 capacity or less- playing music that has gone on to influence music, fashion, art, film, marketing for generations. Love & wisdom to boot.
Many of us learned a lot about love from listening to Prince early on. Songs that haven’t been played live for many of us, ever. This is absolutely Prince giving back to his loyal fanbase. Prince is the Mozart of Pop • Rock •Funk • Punk • R & B • Soul & beyond. For those that know the number and don’t call…

I love Prince, but it’s still not worth $275 for 90 minutes of him.

OK…. “Liathach” is a Cover song.. (Jo Hamilton)… I have been racking my brain thinking it was some acronym, like TMBGITW or ICNTTPOYM.. I KNOW those.. couldn’t figure out Liathach. OK – I’ll be able to nap better this afternoon.
