Jam Of The Moment! Katy Perry Releases Positive “Roar” Early On iTunes

Katy Perry Roar Cover

Katy Perry did not have the best weekend ever. Not by a long shot. Her promotional gold truck for “Prism” was in a car accident. On Saturday, her song “Roar” leaked 2 days early on radio.

The song was supposed to premiere this morning on Z100 in New York and decided to release it early on iTunes.

“Roar” is a positive song in the vein of “Wide Awake” and “Firework” and this time, it is about her personal empowerment. Is it a message to her critics or her ex-husband?

To can now purchase the song on iTunes

Regardless of who it is aimed at, it is a good song. Good. Not great. Then again, I hold Katy to a higher level. Cannot wait to see the video.-DocFB

I don’t know much about Katy Perry, but I do know she is absolutely gorgeous!!!

I’m certainly glad she is okay tho..

Wouldn’t wanna see a beautiful woman like her become disfigured..

I pray thangs will pick up 4 her, & hopefully “Roar” will brang her great success in the near future..

    bless you Katy…

not a bad song but don’t think it’s going 2 roar up the charts like sum of her previous work.

It should be called SNORE instead of Roar. And how tired I am of the “press” endlessly trying to create drama by invoking Russell Brand every time Katy does anything. “Poor Katy”…sniff, sob, etc.” No. They were intellectual opposites, Brand being the true genius and once he realized they were not well suited for a lifetime together, he divorced her. He was legally entitled to $40 MILLION+ of Katy’s money earned in the 14 months they were married but refused a penny! How often does THAT happen? Why doesn’t the American media talk more about THAT? Anyway, I loved her Teenage Dream album but this first single from Roar? Not so much.
