09 Feb Chris Brown Not Charged With Deadly Weapon; Rihanna Is Victim Still
Chris Brown was NOT charged with assault with a deadlyweapon although it was on the police report. The weapon..and this is no joke..the weapon that MAY HAVE been used but not charged…was an umbrella. Oh boy. More news as it comes in.-Dr.FB

I just hope that the truth comes out and if Chris is guilty, he’ll be a man about it and own up to what he did. We will see.
