It is being reported that Debbie Rowe will recieve visitation rights of the children, but Katherine Jackson will be their legal custodian.

L. Londell McMillian wanted to stress this point: “It’s an agreement, an agreement for the best interests of the children. This is not a money deal. This is not about money.”
