Bolt is his name and breaking world records is his game. Usain Bolt ran the 100 meter race in 9.58 seconds, now the new world record. He breaks his own record by .11 seconds. The video is rather amazing. Check it out!-Dr.FB

    One must wonder, if there is a spiritual aspect to running. Like Native Americans have teachings to mimic the vibrations of animals in order to take on some of their characteristics – watching a hawk and imitating it’s vibrations to attain spiritual flight for example.
