“Ghostbusters” Harold Ramis Dies At The Age Of 69

Harold Ramis, best known as one of the “Ghostbusters” in the hit 80’s film, has passed away. He was also the writer and director of “Caddyshack” and “Groundhog Day”.

Ramis died from complications of autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis, a rare disease that involves swelling of the blood vessels.

he had been suffering from the disease since 2010 and had to learn to walk again only to suffer a relapse in 2011.

There will be a private service this week and a public memorial in Chicago sometime in May.-DocFB
