The local boys of the Red Hot Chili Peppers Anthony Keidis and Flea will be hosting an event to benefit the Silverlake Conservatory Of Music on October 16th. There will be special performances by the Chili Peppers and Rancid. It is also Flea's Birthday.
Flea is actually the founder of the SCOM. Here is the kicker; the event is going to be held at Flea's house!!!
The intimate evening will include special performances by Red Hot Chili Peppers and RANCID, dinner and a limited silent auction featuring support from President Bill Clinton, Chad Smith, Raymond Pettibon, Damien Hirst, Dana Louise Kirkpatrick, Tim Armstrong, John Varvatos, Maroon 5, Santa Maria Novella, Khiels, Fender, Marc Jacobs, Diane Von Furstenberg, Kelly Slater, Gagosian Gallery, Andy Summers, LnA Clothing, Supreme and Shepard Fairey among our auction supporters.
The donation amount to attend the event are $1500.00, and all in kind donations are fully tax deductible.

Chickenfoot, the highly anticipated (sic) new rock group, comprised of guitar hero Joe Satriani, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ drummer Chad Smith, former Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony and frontman Sammy Hagar, will take the stage for a limited number of live shows, featuring music from their self-titled debut album, Chickenfoot, set for a June 9th release.
