Maria Shriver is celebrating this 4th of July weekend by filing for divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger. Arnold was given the heads up as him and Maria are on speaking terms.
There was never a pre-nup in the 25 year marriage so everything will be split 50/50. The couple seems to hoping for a clean and fast break. Not sure why they filed in L.A. as other states are faster. Sandra Bullock divorced then husband Jesse James in Texas, where it was over and done in no time. Shriver is requesting that Arnold pay for all attorney fees as well

Diagnosis: Total Recall
We now know one of the main reasons Maria Shriver left her husband of 20 years; for fathering a child with a house worker of the family more than a decade ago!
The house worker stopped working for the family back in January and it seems that is when Shriver found out. According to the L.A. Times, that is when Shriver left the home they shared together after he admitted the kid was his.
When the Times approached Arnold about the report, he admitted it and gave them an exclusive quote:
"After leaving the governor's office I told my wife about this event, which occurred over a decade ago," "I understand and deserve the feelings of anger and disappointment among my friends and family. There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I have apologized to Maria, my children and my family. I am truly sorry."
"I ask that the media respect my wife and children through this extremely difficult time," "While I deserve your attention and criticism, my family does not. "
Arnold took financial responsibility for the child from the start and has continued to pay child support.
Maria has made it clear that although Arnold says he hopes for reconciliation, she has been unhappy with Arnold for years and made the move to leave him after both her parents passed away. Her mother passed away last year and her father passed away in January, shortly before she left Arnold.-Dr.FB
Diagnosis: She Won't Be Back
President Obama released a statement a short time ago regarding the passing of Eunice Kennedy Shriver.
Here is the statement:
Michelle and I were deeply saddened to learn about the passing of Eunice Kennedy Shriver. Eunice was many things to many people: a mother who inspired her children to serve others; a wife who supported her husband Sargent in the Peace Corps and in politics; and a sister to her siblings, including brothers John, Robert, and Edward.
But above all, she will be remembered as the founder of the Special Olympics, as a champion for people with intellectual disabilities, and as an extraordinary woman who, as much as anyone, taught our nation — and our world — that no physical or mental barrier can restrain the power of the human spirit. Her leadership greatly enriched the lives of Special Olympians throughout the world, who have experienced the pride and joy of competition and achievement thanks to her vision. Our thoughts and prayers are with Sargent; their children Robert, Maria, Timothy, Mark, and Anthony; and the entire Kennedy family.
A Kennedy has passed away. Eunice Kennedy Shriver has died. She was 88 years old. Shriver, most famous for helping make the special Olympics happen in 1966, she was the sister of President John F. Kennedy.
My condolences and prayers go out to the Kennedy family during this time.-Dr.FB
