Hello everyone.  Well, it’s friday and it’s Valentine’s Weekend and if you do celebrate, I hope you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day & Weekend. 

Last night, I had some trouble sleeping and decided to write something.  I would not call it a song yet, but wanted to share it with you all and hope you like it.

“How can you be mine when I am not even your valentine?

The 14th at the stroke of midnight will our lips be locked tight? 

I can’t hide, the feelings I have for you inside.

My outer exterior shows a tough man, but what I feel for you, shows the softer side, perhaps that was your plan.

I keep checking my blackberry for your call, for some kind of sign, even when I am not your valentine. 

I wanted to dress you up in my style although D&G had nothing on that naked smile. 

In the past, love was so complex, but with you, it was easy as sending a text.

I can only wonder who gets to look into those eyes? who will be holding those thighs?

will our spirits find each other one day through all this cold? will my hands find yours to hold?  

The only thing I hear back is silence. I guess I should’ve studied chemistry instead of science. 

Tell me babe, how can you be mine when I am not even your valentine?”

Ok I know it may come off as cheesy but it was at 3 in the morning.  Regardless, I hope you like it and I hope you have a great Valentine’s Weekend.  If by some odd chance, you do not have a Valentine, take care of yourself this weekend.  Take that any way you want.
