Rihanna is one of the most successful singers in music right now. So it seems weird she is always doing stuff that makes her look desperate for attention.
Last night, Rihanna was heading out to dinner in New York City, wearing some Timberland boots, ripped jeans…and a see-thru top to show off her twins.

She had dinner at we are told is one of her favorite restaurants in New York, Da Silvano. We wonder if the regular patrons get to wear an outfit like this.
Rihanna looks good in this outfit at 24, although not exactly upscale restaurant dress. Would hate to see her wearing this outfit 30 years from now.
