Forbes magazine released their results for the highest paid actor today and it should come as no surprise that Leonardo DiCaprio tops the list over Johnny Depp, Adam Sandler, and others.
DiCaprio pulled in $77 million alone for "Shutter Island" and "Inception" last year. He has 3 upcoming movies set to keep him on top; J. Edgar,” “The Great Gatsby,” and “Django Unchained.”
Johnny Depp was the number 1 highest paid actor last year but he is number 2 this year. You would still trade places with him regardless.
A little surprising at least to me is that Adam Sandler is number 3 on the highest paid actors list. Next thing you will tell me is that David Spade was 4th.
Who is your top actor on this list? Dicaprio? Depp? Or Sandler?-Dr.FB
Diagnosis: Catch Him If You Can
The "Inception" L.A. Premiere was last night and Leonardo DiCaprio, Ellen Page, and Marion Cotillard dazzled.
Inception is set to debut at number 1 this weekend and I am sure the trailer has people hooked. It looks a lot better than that whole "Island" movie or what now that Leo starred in a few months ago.
With the weather looking super hot this weekend, perhaps "Inception" will be people's getaway from the heat for a few hours.-Dr.FB
Ellen Page & Leonardo DiCaprio together? That would be one hot Hollywood couple. But it is only meant for the big screen, not real life as far as we know.
Ellen & Leo are working on a new movie entitled "Inception" and the movie is directed by Batman director Christopher Nolan. The movie storyline is about a high ranking businessman who gets blackmailed. The movie is due to be released July 2010.
As for romantic links, Leo has been spotted hooking up with MTV Reality (Sigh) star Whitney Port. I don't know about you, but it is only a matter of time til Leo's heart goes on to someone else.-Dr.FB
Variety is reporting that Leonardo DiCaprio is wrapping up negotiations to star in the Chris Nolan (Memento, The Dark Knight) directed sci-fi thriller Inception, which Nolan wrote. Filming is set to get underway this year, with a targeted release of summer 2010.
Nolan and Emma Thomas will produce the film for Warner Bros.
