EMINEM's reps are denying he lip synced his Saturday Night Live appearance this weekend. Regardless, the performances, were less than stellar.
He appears to be looking at the lyric monitor a lot and at first, I thought his microphone was turned down and he was rapping ALONG to the backing track...although he had a live band. Hmm. Was cool to see Rick Rubin djing...although the beard makes him look like he should be on "Duck Dynasty" instead of on the 1's n 2's.
For "Survival" it seems Skylar Grey's mic is working. Eminem's? Still not sure.-DocFB
Diagnosis: Regardless of lip syncing or not, his mic was way low in the mix, and the backing track and musicians, way louder, which is suspect. For a rap veteran, not a good look.
Justin Bieber must be the world's greatest performer. Over the weekend, an overzealous fan jumped on stage as Bieber was performing in Dubai and knocked over Justin and he didn't even lost a beat....well, at least the recording didn't lose a beat.
In the video above, a fan gets on stage and tries to get to Bieber and while a bodyguard catches the guy, they run into Justin and knock over his piano. The music doesn't stop...and neither does Justin's voice.
Things that make you go.....hmm.-DocFB
Ke$ha has made some comments about Britney Spears and her lip syncing ways.
“I think that’s bulls***,” she said. “I don’t think that’s fair at all for people who are going to see the show. I think if you are going to be a singer, you should sing. If you are going to be a dancer, you should dance.
“If you are going to do a combination of the two, you should make it very clear when you are singing and very clear when you are dancing. I would never do that to my fans."
“No offense to her specifically but people have asked me before to mime. I have been up at three in the morning for a television show with jet lag but I refuse to mime."
“It’s treating people as if they are too stupid to realize you are not actually singing. Sometimes it is hard to sing and dance at the same time but I would rather be off and be real and genuine about it to my fans. I don’t want to treat my fans like they are stupid.
“That is my take on my fans and life in general. My whole record is super-honest. I am really honest. When I am singing I may sound s*** sometimes but at least you’ll know I’m singing.”
Your record may be super honest but to be honest...it only has one really good song on there. Yes, Britney should not be lip syncing but the damn public keeps buying tickets to her show to see if she will go nuts and not so much her singing. Sad but true.
So, do you agree with the future one hit wonderKe$ha on this about Britney?-Dr.FB
