We have all seen in the past few years the addiction that Jeff Conaway tried to fight and earlier this month, he slipped into a coma.  This morning, his body could not take anymore as he passed away.

Jeff has battled addiction to cocaine and prescription drugs.  Dr. Drew, who tried to help Jeff with his show Celeb Rehab, says Jeff did not die from a drug overdose but that his body gave out due to long-term prescription drug abuse.

John Travolta, Jeff's "Grease" co-star, released this statement:

"Jeff was a wonderful and decent man and we will miss him.  My heartfelt thoughts are with his family and loved ones at this very difficult time.”

Jeff also starred in the hit TV show Taxi.  He was 60 years old.-Dr.FB

So, from 90 days, to 23 days, to now 14 days.

If Lindsay Lohan behaves behind bars, she will spend about 2 weeks in the slammer instead of the full 90 days.  The reason?  Prison overcrowding.

She will not be allowed to smoke in prison but will have access to her "prescription" drugs.

Is justice really being served?-Dr.FB

More information from the coroner's report has been released and unfortunately, it is not good. A large amount of prescription medicine were found on Brittany Murphy's night stand.

Here is a quote from the coroner's office: “A check of the nightstands revealed large amounts of prescription medication in the decedent’s name. Also noted were numerous empty prescription medication bottles in the decedent’s husband’s name, the decedent’s mother’s name and unidentified third party names.”

TMZ was able to obtain the coroner's exact notes and drugs: According to the notes, the medications included Topamax (anti-seizure meds also to prevent migraines), Methylprednisolone (anti-inflammatory), Fluoxetine (depression med), Klonopin (anxiety med), Carbamazepine (treats Diabetic symptoms and is also a bipolar med), Ativan (anxiety med), Vicoprofen (pain reliever), Propranolol (hypertension, used to prevent heart attacks), Biaxin (antibiotic), Hydrocodone (pain med) and miscellaneous vitamins.

Notice there is a diabetic prescription in there, so there is a chance that Brittany's mother could be right and it had something to do with her mixing her diabetic medicine with others.

I want to state again something that other celeb bloggers are not reporting for their own stupid ego and it is this: NO ILLEGAL DRUGS WERE DISCOVERED. NO DRUG PARAPHENLIA. NO ALCOHOL CONTAINERS WERE FOUND.

Not sorry for that in bold.  I just want to make sure you all see that.-Dr.FB

Brittany Murphy's autopsy has begun despite her husband not wanting it done.

There are several news crews outside of the coroner's office in Boyle Heights.

When we have further info, we will post it. Murphy died at the age of 32 due to cardiac arrest. Murphy was sick with flu like symptoms and had been throwing up. She was taking medicine for the symptoms along with prescribed medicine. They are beliving her death was due to natural causes.

Her mother thinks it may have been complications of her being a diabetic type 2.-Dr.FB
