Tom DeLonge Quits Blink 182; Band Confirms

Tom DeLonge has quit Blink 182 and right now we do not know if it was over all the small things or perhaps bigger things. Nonetheless, the band confirmed Tom is no longer in Blink.

The band confirmed Tom's departure in a statement:

“We were all set to play this festival (MusInk Music Show) and record a new album and Tom kept putting it off without reason. A week before we were scheduled to go in to the studio we got an email from his manager explaining that he didn’t want to participate in any Blink-182 projects indefinitely, but would rather work on his other non-musical endeavors.”

Matt Skiba of Alkaline Trio will be filling in for Tom. We are not sure if Matt will be filling in permanently for Tom who basically sings lead on a majority of Blink's songs.-DocFB

8 Years Later, Blink-182 Releases New Material “Up All Night”

Has it really been 8 years since the boys of Blink-182 released their last CD?  It doesn't seem that long when they made the announcement of them "breaking up" and Travis Barker doing his thing and Mark Hoppus getting his own show on Fuse and Tom DeLonge...doing what he was doing.

I'm glad they are back.  Their videos were refreshing from before "Enema Of The State" and most def after.  So, here is "Up All Night" the latest song from Blink 182.  Now, we just need the video to be released.-Dr.FB
