PRINCE Birmingham Photo: NPG RECORDS 2014 PRINCE & 3RDEYEGIRL just opened up their Hit & Run Part II UK tour in Birmingham playing a plethora of hits along with "What's My Name" a hardcore fan hit and the unreleased "Electric Intercourse" and "Empty Room". It is being reported that during "Electric Intercourse" he would just say "Electric" over again but with no intercourse. Hmm. PRINCE Photo: MTV News PRINCE & 3RDEYEGIRl took over KOKO playing multiple shows and even letting some people in for free towards the end of the last show.   M Walker also had this to say about show 1: Beyond remarkable! Never disappointed! COMPLETELY worth every penny and the 4 hours queue! Lianne La Havas guested on the first show as far as we know and Marcus Anderson played sax to "777-9311", his first time playing it with PRINCE & 3RDEYEGIRL. We got a taste of what it sound like last month in Los Angeles. Gil Deker had this to say about the first show: Got a first balcony spot with great sight. Set list tonight was great and diversed. Highlights for me were "Something In The Water", "FUNKNROLL" "PLECTRUMELECTRUM" and "Sign O The Times". Prince played killer guitar and bass! Great show overall. Sound was better at King's. Prince & Janelle Monae Design: LV Janelle Monae funked it up hard tonight at the Mohegan Sun when she joined PRINCE on stage during "Days Of Wild" and she then proceeded to perform QUEEN with 3RDEYEGIRL and The NEW POWER GENERATION backing her up! For the second night, it WAS a different set list from the first night, switching between 3RDEYEGIRL and The NPG instead of the first night when it was always both bands combined. Also, an OFFICIAL After Party is in effect after the main concert by Janelle and Prince tomorrow night, Sunday December 29th starting at 1 A.M. December 30th. Prince PHOTOGRAPHY INEZ & VINOODH PRINCE kicked off night one of a 3 night stand at the Mohegan Sun Arena last night with his 21 piece band consisting of 3RDEYEGIRL & The NPG. Very positive reviews are featured on USA Today and The Day. He was rocking a yellow suit to perfection along with a symbol in front of his mic stand which you can see in a tweet from the 3RDEYEGIRL Twitter account below. PRINCE also  teased the crowd, asking what they are doing New Years Eve?  Will keep you updated if we get any more info on a New Years Eve show from the icon. For a complete set list, click here:
