Drew Barrymore was spotted out n about this weekend debuting a new hairdo and working the heels.

Maybe her new man Jason Segal has something to do with that but regardless, it is always nice to see Drew looking hot and happy.

She has staying power.  Why is that?  Perhaps it has to do with being a straight sweetheart and just always being professional.  A lot of actresses who get 2nd and 3rd chances could maybe learn something before you are the next Denise Richards.-Dr.FB
