Miley Cyrus, dressing age appropriate lately, attended A Time for Heroes Celebrity Carnival which was for charity and went to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. The event was sponsored by Disney.
Does she usually clean up this well or was photoshop used? Everyone is using it nowadays and this is just more proof. Regardless, back on topic, hopefully the charity raised a lot of money and she attended.-Dr.FB
