05 Jan Casey Johnson’s Death Linked To Diabetes?

First we heard about Brittany Murphy’s death may be linked to diabetes and now Casey Johnson. 

According to TMZ, law enforcement officers tell them that the Johnson & Johnson heiress fell into a diabetic coma twice and has been hospitalized for it before.

There were several syringes found all over Casey’s home when they found her body.  The syringes were for insulin shots.  TMZ found out she was treated one time at Cedars Sinai Medical Center

As we reported yesterday, Casey was found dead in her home yesterday and had been dead for days.-Dr.FB

    Diabetes can be prevented by just having a physically active lifestyle. Just exercise everyday and avoid eating too much. Avoid sweets and high carb foods too.

    Studies show that 1/3 of all young women with Type I diabetes will at some point in their life reduce or stop taking their insulin in order to lose weight. It is estimated as many as 20% end up with full blown diabulimia, an eating disorder specific to diabetics.

    Whats wrong with the LA Health system here?? I guess this is not a good place to be (in LA) if you’re a diabetic!

    Wow… And a friend of mine said her daughter died at age 30 of heart failure and was diabetic with no previously known heart problem…sad

    Damn, that’s some shit. Even with the Diabetes, she wasn’t doing herself any favors by being hooked on drugs and I believe she was hooked on alcohol. Regardless, a life was loss and its even more tragic that she was dead for days. My prayers go with her family, including Tila Tequila and they get through this rough time. A bad way to start a new year man.
