Benji Madden & Holly Madison were spotted in Vegas together over the weekend. 

Earlier in the night, Benji was in a celebrity boxing match with Ricki Rachtman at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.  The match did not even last 2 minutes as Benji knocked down Ricki 3 times within that time. 

If you had Holly waiting to spend time with you after the match, you would have ended that match quickly too.
