Ellen Degeneres just had a garden planted at her place By Taja Sevelle (The singer who once worked with Prince, and now runs Urban Farming) and Ellen was cracking jokes about it.

    Urban Farming is a great charity! I’ve had the chance to help out on a few plantings and nothing brings a community together like a free garden. Everyone wins, and the director Taja Sevelle and her people are very cool and fun. Glad to see Ellen getting in on the action!

    Great thing Ellen is doing. Sharing an abundance of the veggies that will come from those plants with others is what it’s all about.

    I can’t even have a little garden at my place because I’m sure the landlord would not appreciate the yard being torn up for one.

    It’s been awhile since I’ve checked out Urban Farming. I’ll do that in a little bit.
