The Red Hot Chili Peppers will be joining Bruno Mars for his performance during the Super Bowl Half-Time Show on February 2nd.
The Los Angeles Times broke the news Friday afternoon and Bruno will make the official announcement on Saturday during the Saints-Seahawks football game on Fox, the same network which is airing the Super Bowl.
We at DrFunkenberry.com can tell you there will be ONE more major name joining Bruno for his Super Bowl set but we have been sworn to secrecy.
Beyonce had a Destiny's Child reunion last year and Madonna recruited M.I.A., Nicki Minaj and LMFAO for her performance after years of one act doing it themselves with no other artists.-DocFB
Diagnosis: Bruno stated during the official announcement back in September that their would be surprise guests. We dig the Red Hot Chili Peppers but we felt Bruno was a strong enough performer to not be overloaded with other artists but we will let it play out before being critical.
