Kid Rock has a new album out "First Kiss" and did an interview with Rolling Stone speaking his mind, and the subject of Beyonce came up and he doesn't understand her popularity.
"Beyoncé, to me, doesn't have a fucking 'Purple Rain,' but she's the biggest thing on Earth," he said. "How can you be that big without at least one 'Sweet Home Alabama' or 'Old Time Rock & Roll'?"-Kid Rock.
Fair enough. But Kid Rock kept talking;
"People are like, 'Beyoncé's hot. Got a nice fucking ass.' I'm like 'Cool, I like skinny white chicks with big tits.' Doesn't really fucking do much for me."-Kid Rock
So it went from not having a big hit to her not being white and having big...wits?
Beyonce's fans went on the attack. The Beyhive started posting crazy comments on Kid's Instagram page and everywhere they could on social media.
Kid then posted a photo of Raid aimed at the Beyhive. Lord.-DocFBDiagnosis: It's interesting to me that Rock is a huge Bob Seger fan and Prince was wanting one of those rock anthems which led to him writing "Purple Rain" in the first place. Kid Rock inducted Seger into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame in 2004, the same year Prince was inducted. He didn't seem to care too much for Prince then but now it seems that "Purple Rain" is the gold standard to where you are on the music icon ladder.
LL Cool J appeared on The Arsenio Hall Show last night to talk about his TV show "CSI: L.A." and not perform. Arsenio asked him which rappers out now are good and it took a shady turn quickly.
He liked Kid Ink, Tyga, because they reminded of him when younger. He gave a shout out to Kendrick Lamar as well. Then Kanye was brought up.
LL thinks Kanye is cool when he is not complaining and he knew immediately that more than likely Kanye was going to destroy him. Maybe on a Twitter tirade, a song mix tape, or next time he sees him.
Arsenio wouldn't let it go without putting his thoughts on it, mentioning when he walked into a sign last year. Ouch. It is not like Kanye is actually doing Arsenio's show though is he?-DocFB
Diagnosis: Kanye is set to appear on Late Night With Seth Myers this week where he is scheduled to talk and perform. Will he respond?
Courtney Love came out of her cage to go after Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus and the claws went flying!
Courtney first went after Miley:
"Miley Cyrus is not setting any trends. I wonder who decided to put her in white mesh and a pair of pasties and a faux fur (for September's iHeartRadio festival)? It was dumb and trashy-looking."
Then, Love defends Cyrus:
"I liked her attitude and still do, but it's wearing so thin."
Love sets her sights on Perry by comparing her to Miley:
"Despite all their endless sales and downloads, will go the way of Sub Pop's (Seattle grunge group) Tad singles, into some sort of oblivion. It's artless pop at the end of the day."
"Yeah, I have listened to Roar and We Can't Stop and I love Wrecking Ball for a guilty pleasure, but these are songs written by men mostly for pop tarts. This is not rock 'n' roll. Soul and rock 'n' roll endure, pop does not, that's why it's called pop. It goes pop like a bubble, and then it's just a funny 'do you remember when' memory."
"if you can't start a trend, you're screwed. Good luck on ripping off Katy Perry's boobs."
I'm not sure about "Wrecking Ball" but Katy wrote "Roar" and writes her own songs, sometimes with other writers, yet it is still her.
Seems like someone is jealous over someone's boobs if you ask me.
Hard to take her advice seriously when almost 20 years ago she did this with Madonna.-DocFB
Diagnosis: "Courtney Love is in dire need of attention"-Madonna in 1995 and DrFunk in 2013
So did Jimmy Kimmel just prank everyone again? Was his so-called feud with Kanye West just for media attention? Regardless, it worked and Kanye will sit down with Jimmy tonight on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Kanye tweeted angrily at Kimmel after making fun of him on a BBC Live interview and replacing him with kids but keeping the dialog. The next night, Kimmel read Kanye's tweets about him on air, poking fun at him more.
The video has been removed on Kimmel's YouTube channel. Kanye has since deleted the tweets as well.
So will we see a meltdown on TV or a smiling Kanye laughing it all off? Guess we will have tune in. Duped!-DocFB
Diagnosis: Kanye taking a page out of Miley's book a little bit...
How will Miley Cyrus respond this time as another music legend goes after her, Britney and Rihanna this time?
Lennox of The Eurythmics for those don't know, doesn't name names but it is clear she is going after Miley, Rihanna and even Britney Spears latest music video "Work Bitch" which was released 2 days before "Pour It On" by Rihanna.
Lennox took to Facebook for her open letter:
'I have to say that I'm disturbed and dismayed by the recent spate of overtly sexualised performances and videos.
'You know the ones I'm talking about. It seems obvious that certain record companies are peddling highly styled pornography with musical accompaniment.
'As if the tidal wave of sexualised imagery wasn't already bombarding impressionable young girls enough..I believe in freedom of speech and expression, but the market forces don't give a toss about the notion of boundaries.
'As long as there's booty to make money out of, it will be bought and sold. It's depressing to see how these performers are so eager to push this new level of low.'
Bro-ther! Sinead O'Conner wrote another letter after Miley Cyrus laughed off her last one when Sinead showed her concern. So why write another one????
In the new letter, Sinead states:
"Miley… Really? Who the f--k is advising you?"
"Because taking me on is even more f--kin' stupid than behaving like a prostitute and calling it feminism. You have posted today tweets of mine which are two years old, which were posted by me when I was unwell and seeking help so as to make them look like they are recent. In doing so you mock myself and Amanda Bynes for having suffered with mental health issues and for having sought help."
"I mean really really… who advises you?" "[H]ave you any idea how stupid and dangerous it is to mock people for suffering illness? You will yourself one day suffer such illness, that is without doubt. The course you have set yourself upon can only end in that, trust me. I am staggered that any 20 yr old woman of the 21st century could behave in such a dangerous and irresponsible manner as to not only send the signal to young women that its ok to act like prostitutes but also to the signal that those who have suffered or do suffer mental health problems are to be mocked and have their opinions invalidated. Have you no sense of danger at all? or responsibility? Remove your tweets immediately or you will hear from my lawyers. I am certain you will be hearing from all manner of mental health advocacy groups also. It is not acceptable to mock any person for having suffered."
