One Direction Promo Photo

One Direction released their movie trailer for their upcoming 3D movie entitled "1D3D" and will hit theaters August 30th, 2013.

We are not going to lie; we dug Katy Perry's 3D "Part Of Me" release but we are partial. For the most part, not sure how well these do in the theatres.

The hardcore fans usually come out opening weekend and then it is gone. Perhaps, they should release it August 30th, but have it ready for DVD n 3D release in September to capitalize off it's initial draw.-DocFB

Scarlett Johansson teamed with Massive Attack frontman 3D to cover "Summertime" by George Gershwin. The actress has tried music before and this cover is quite good.

If we did not tell you it was Scarlett Johansson, you most likely would not know. It does have that classic Massive Attack sound however. She actually covered the song before on a compilation album "Unexpected Dreams-Songs From The Stars" back in 2006.

According to NME, 'Summertime' is taken from the soundtrack to director Everardo Valerio Gout's upcoming Spanish-language thriller Days Of Grace. The film is due for release in July in the UK and stars Carlos Bardem, younger brother of Javier Bardem.  Check out the song below;

Other artists on the soundtrack include Nick Cave and regular collaborator Warren Ellis, who feature on a number of tracks, and Trent Reznor's soundtrack collaborator Atticus Ross, who has worked with Japanese composer Shigeru Umebayashi.

Johannson released an album in 2009 entitled "Break Up" which was made with Pete Yorn.  The "Days Of Grace" movie trailer is below.-DocFB

Playboy In 3-D. Photo: AP & Playboy.comPlayboy is stepping up to the plate for the 3-D game.  Guess the articles weren't enough to draw you all in.

The June issue will hit this Friday and it will feature the centerfold in 3-D.

"What would people most like to see in 3-D?" asked Playboy founder Hugh Hefner. "Probably a naked lady."

Playboy Magazine just 3 years ago had a circulation of  3.5 million to 1.6 million now.

What they really need is to have the photos move like in the "Harry Potter" movies.  Then you will have something.  Girls in 3D in magazines?  So not buying it.

Will you be buying it?-Dr.FB
