Jon Cryer was on Good Day L.A. this week and talked about "2 & Half Men" and says that he and Charlie Sheen have not spoken since Charlie's firing.
He also talks about his wife, Lisa Joyner, who used to be on Good Day L.A. back in the day.
They talked about "Ducky" from "Pretty In Pink" and other relationship quirks.
He is a cool dude. He has been caught up in all this Charlie/Ashton drama and has done well not to say anything, although it would have been easy.-DocFB
Diagnosis: He Still Think That He's Being Punk'd
Michael J. Fox was on "The Late Show With David Letterman" to talk about the new McFly Nike's and also talked about Charlie Sheen and his #winning ways.
Sheen replaced Fox on "Spin City" when Fox had to leave due to his battle with Parkinson's Disease. Bringing up that Ashton Kutcher is now replacing Sheen in a way that Fox was replaced on Spin City.
Fox didn't want to call out Sheen's problems and just said he says "he is winning and who am I to say he is not?" although it does suggest otherwise.-DocFB
Diagnosis: Wish They Would Speed Up Stem Cell Research
The cast of 2 And Half Men, Ashton Kutcher, Jon Cryer, and Angus T. Jones were on "The Late Show With David Letterman" to do the top 10 list of reasons to watch the show. Or was it not to watch?
They seemed very unenthusiastic. Perhaps it's because they know it will probably still be the number 1 show on TV even without Charlie Sheen.
Check out the list above..if you care or dare.-Dr.FB
Diagnosis: This Time, We Are Getting Punk'd!
Here is the first promo of I am sure many for "The Roast Of Charlie Sheen" by Comedy Central. It reenacts a scene from Dr. Strangelove.
Sure hope the Roast is funnier than this. Charlie sure gave them a LOT of material to work with.-Dr.FB
Diagnosis: A Bomb Of A Promo
Ashton Kutcher is winning the cast, workers and producers of the shows over. After just one episode, Kutcher is getting a pay raise for "2 And A Half Men" replacing Charlie Sheen.
Charlie Sheen was the highest paid actor on Television, pulling in a cool $1.25 million per episode and with back-end money, was getting close to $2 million per episode.
Although Ashton is pulling in around $825,000 per episode, he will get the back-end deals that Sheen was getting which will put Ashton at around $1 million per episode.
We wonder if he sings "Teenage Dream" by Katy Perry every morning when he wakes up next to Demi Moore? Seriously. He is not only the highest paid actor on TV, but also one of the luckiest.-Dr.FB
Diagnosis: Dude, Where's My Check?
So it appears that Charlie Harper, Charlie Sheen's character on Two And A Half Men is going to killed off of the show in the opening scene of the show, September 19th according to deadline.com today.
It will open with a funeral with all of Charlie's ex-girlfriends and then some. Then the house will go on sale for celebs and others to buy and that is when Ashton Kutcher comes into the show. They are not sure how John Cryer and Angus T. Jones stay on.
Hmm. I thought they were going to make Ashton be a long-lost brother to Charlie and Alan that no one knew about. Guess not.
What do you think of what they are doing to Two And A Half Men post Sheen?-Dr.FB
Diagnosis: Weak Sauce
Warner Bros. Television unleashed the new promotional photo for 2 And A Half Men, now starring Ashton Kutcher and replacing Charlie Sheen. All will be revealed September 19th 2011, the day of the season premiere. It's also the say for something for Charlie.
Comedy Central's Roast Of Charlie Sheen will take place that night as well on Comedy Central. It's another plan to out-do each other it seems. Sheen just announced his return to television in "Anger Management" yesterday and now the promotional poster for "Men" is released today.
In all honesty, it's "winning" for the fans as competition will bring out the best in Sheen and producer Chuck Lorre to outdo one another. So far, it seems Ashton is up to the challenge to replace Sheen and still keep the show funny. We will see for sure this fall.-Dr.FB
