Kelly Clarkson has just released the lyric video for "Catching My Breath" which will be included on her upcoming greatest hits collection.
The collection is titled Chapter One and has 17 songs on it. Hard to believe it has been almost a decade since Kelly Clarkson was brought to our attention on American Idol, you know, when the show actually produced stars.-DocFB
Diagnosis: The Collection will be released on November 19th

After 31 years together, R.E.M. have announced they are breaking up.
They announced the news about an hour ago on their official site;
"To our Fans and Friends: As R.E.M., and as lifelong friends and co-conspirators, we have decided to call it a day as a band. We walk away with a great sense of gratitude, of finality, and of astonishment at all we have accomplished. To anyone who ever felt touched by our music, our deepest thanks for listening." R.E.M.
"A wise man once said--'the skill in attending a party is knowing when it's time to leave.' We built something extraordinary together. We did this thing. And now we're going to walk away from it.
"I hope our fans realize this wasn't an easy decision; but all things must end, and we wanted to do it right, to do it our way.
"We have to thank all the people who helped us be R.E.M. for these 31 years; our deepest gratitude to those who allowed us to do this. It's been amazing."-Michael Stipe

If you are going to be in the L.A. Area November 14th, join the Janet Jackson # 1's Flash Mob. To find out, email email@example.com, facebook.com/flashmobamerica or twitter.com/flashmobamerica. It should be fun.
Also, on November 18th, there will be a Janet Jackson special on ABC Television. When we have more info on the special, I will pass it on.
It's been 14 years since Janet's last greatest hits CD, but you won't have to wait much longer! Thirty-three of Janet’s worldwide #1 hits, plus a newly recorded single will be available in one package - NUMBER ONES.
The two-disc set will be released November 17, 2009, in the USA; November 23 worldwide. The international release will be titled JANET JACKSON: THE BEST.
The new single “Make Me,” was produced by Janet and Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, a Grammy Award-winning songwriter, producer and musician who also worked with brother Michael.
Janet's next studio album is slated to be released in 2010. But we all know Janet's a triple threat so there's more coming next year than just music.
Janet will also publish her first book, providing an intimate look at her life and how she has dealt with issues of self-esteem. We're told she'll be revealing some intimate details about her career in music, television and films.
What do you guys think? Excited about this greatest hits collection and new single?
Nice old pic of Janet looking fine.-Dr.FB
Gwen Stefani and No Doubt rocked the stage at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California. Gwen and the boys tore it up and put thier heart on the line.
Gwen got emotional at the charity event while performing "A Simple Kind Of Life" when disabled kids were shown on the screens around her. The event was for Neil Young’s 23rd Annual Bridge School Benefit.
May I add, it was nice to see Gwen being Gwen. I mean that in the sense of the No Doubt tour earlier this year, Gwen went back to wearing her ska outfits and the outfits she wore in No Doubt's heyday instead of the glam look she was using as a solo artist. It came off to me as somewhat fake and not making her look so original as I thought. It made me think, was it all for dress up and show?
I know some No Doubt fans would disagree with me and like that she wore what she wore. I just think you should grow as artists even if you are doing a tour of your greatest hits. I don't think Gwen lost some of her hipness over the weekend changing up her look to be more modern.
Shoot, in the first photo she has Madonna-like qualities and I find that quite hot. Hot like soup in fact.-Dr.FB
