I don't watch TLC's "Toddlers & Tiaras" just for stuff like this. Dressing up a little girl like a hooker, regardless of it being the "Pretty Woman" hooker played by Julia Roberts. Tasteless. Just because you can do stuff doesn't mean you should. A show of little girl beauty pageants is one.
