“This Is It” producer Dannie Ortega and Katie Holmes were a few of the stars that came out for the “Dizzy Feet” charity event at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday.

I was invited to the event that is  “to help underprivileged young people realize their dream of becoming professional dancers.” but had to pass.  This was the first year for the Nigel Lythgoe event for the Dizzy Feet Foundation but I am told it will be an annual event. 

Hopefully, my schedule next time will be clear.  I did want to speak with Nigel and Katie and did want to have a not so heated conversation with Ortega about a few MJ related things but that can wait for another time.

The American Music Awards was the best AMA’s in about 10 years. A majority of the stars were on hand except for Beyonce and Taylor Swift.  A couple years ago, almost every award winner was not there. Another year, the biggest act performing was the return of Motley Crue.

Lady Gaga did not disappoint but left the show empty-handed.  Will the Grammys get it right?  Kelly Clarkson belted out a tune. Carrie Underwood proclaimed her love for her “Cowboy Casanova” with a bevy of back-up dancers.  Janet Jackson went through a medley of her hits surrounded by her new song “Make Me” and an outfit that did not complement her, but did not provide a Super Bowl moment.

A few random notes:

-Was Taylor Swift really in London via satellite or was it to make sure she would not be interrupted by Kanye? (I kid. I kid.)

-Why is no one talking about Green Day’s solid performance?

-How hot was Sofia Vergara?

-Adam Lambert.  Wow or Ouch?

-Did you notice there was no host?

-Good job by American Music Award producers for editing Jennifer Lopez’s performance of a forgettable song by taking out her fall during her performance.  By doing that, you brought attention to it, and provided a moment for us bloggers.

I had a problem with Michael Jackson being nominated for so many awards and winning.  It was based on his older CD’s selling after his death.  It just wasn’t fair for other artists to compete with that.  Thankfully, it is no longer whoever sells more wins, because the only artist to sell more than MJ this year was Taylor Swift. 

At the same time, by not doing a tribute, it cut down on Jermaine’s speech.

The photos above are from TMZ.  They were posted on November 8th without a photo credit and are of Michael Jackson’s tomb.

It appears the photos were from Karen Faye, a longtime Jackson employee, who did Michael Jackson’s make-up and is very friendly with MJ’s brother Randy Jackson.

Some people are led to believe that TMZ swiped these photos from Karen’s Face book page.  However, if that were true, the photos would have been taken down by now or a credit would have been given as they have posted info from Face book accounts before.  TMZ is too smart to swipe photos people.

Drfunkenberry.com has learned exclusively (Not exclusively as TMZ knows how much they paid) that TMZ paid over $100,000 for the photos.

TMZ has a policy of when paying for photos that it has to be the person who took the photos in the first place to be paid.  They are not going to swipe photos from a facebook account or take them from someone second hand. 

 So, it had to be the person who took the photos, Karen Faye, or say someone close to Karen, such as Randy Jackson.  You have to sign the agreement with TMZ as they now become the owners of the photos, so no photo credit is needed.

I am told that Karen took mementos from fans that were sent in as she sent out a message weeks prior that  that she would be going to Michael’s  grave site and would put what fans sent in around his tomb.  The photos were posted on Karen’s face book page a few weeks ago and ended up on TMZ Sunday.

It’s interesting because if Karen wasn’t paid and since she is the owner of the photos, why are they still on TMZ?  She is trying to make it sound like someone swiped the photos and gave them to TMZ but that is not the case.

I think it is highly WRONG that you are posting private photos of his tomb in the first place, weather on a face book account or not.  Then to turn around and make a profit off of them when you say youwere posting  it “for the fans” as you say, it just straight up unprofessional as a former employee and someone who claims to do Michael right.

Now, if any of this information is not true, you can contact me and prove otherwise. TMZ, if posting these photos with your watermark is wrong and want it taken down, you can contact me as well.  TMZ owns the photos hence why the watermark is there and why Karen is not making a stink for the photos to be taken down or even taken off her face book page.

‘This Is It’ is set to be released on October 12. A compilation album, also titled ‘This Is It’, will follow on October 26. The single the first posthumous new material from the late singer to be released since his death in June features backing vocals from his Jackson 5 brothers. It features in the closing credits for the forthcoming ‘This Is It’ documentary film. A message posted on the singer’s official website, Michaeljackson.com, revealed that the ‘This Is It’ album will be a two-disc set. The first will feature past hits by Jackson in the order they appear in the film, plus two versions of the new single. The second disc features previously-unreleased mixes of selected hits, plus a spoken word poem from Jackson entitled ‘Planet Earth’.

The movie will be released October 28th world-wide.

Michael Jackson File Photo

It looks like Joe Jackson was actually telling the truth.  Michael Jackson will be buried at Forest Lawn in Glendale on August 29th, which would have been the singer’s 51st Birthday.

Wonder why hey made that information public as now camera’s will be there. Michael will be buried in a private area where Clark Gable rests. The funeral will cost the Jackson family $50,000.

On a side note, in court on Tuesday, a licensing marketing agreement has been reached so expect Michael Jackson dolls and other things to start hitting the market very very soon.-Dr.FB

Micha Barton is out of the psych ward and the hospital and is going about her life. She even will be returning to work on Friday filming “The Beautiful Life” for the CW.

Let’s be honest here; if the MJ coverage was not still going on, this story would have been HUGE. A young starlet gets checked into a psych ward and nothing? I can guarantee you Hollywood is chilling on any stories, major announcements til after Michael Jackson’s autopsy. It is not even this slow in Hollywood after the Oscars.

We are happy that Micha is going back to work and hope she gets back on track and I hope that Hollywood news gets shocking and entertaining and fun again. For Micha, this was a good thing because not too many people heard about it. For PR people and stars assistant’s, it was a sign that your story is not going to get the top headlines for a while.-Dr.FB

Dr. Conrad Murray’s home in Las Vegas was raided earlier this morning…and he was inside.

They took boxes of Murray’s things and searched cabinets. Although Murray’s lawyer said don’t believe the media hype about Murray getting arrested for manslaughter, they are not searching his place for a cookie recipe.

Let me just explain a few reasons why I am posting this. I had to think long and hard about it. I don’t know how it got released but 25 years later, it did.

A lot of you remember that day when Michael Jackson’s hair caught on fire.  You remember that shot of him in the ambulance waving with the white glove to the cameras and fans.  We all heard how bad it was. It’s worse. You see the hair catch on fire but it doesn’t seem like Michael knows yet. He did not tumble to the floor like in the “American Dream” movie.   You see the Brando kid there trying to put his hair out after the extinguisher. You then see a HUGE burn mark where his hair used to be.

This is where we are told he started getting addicted to pain killers because of how bad the burn is. This. Is. Sad. I am posting this after a while of looking at it and being shocked.  I know I am going to get shhh from some of you about this and I apologize ahead of time. I felt the need to post it because it is historical and it let’s us know this was a very serious burn.

Dr. Conrad Murray File Photo

Let’s be honest here, when the toxicology reports are in, either this week or next week, Dr. Conrad Murray is going down.

Murray administered the drug Propofol to him, which most likely is what killed him.  He waited to call 911 20-30 minutes because he could not remember the address of where he was at?  More like, he knew he messed up and was in a world of crap. Should I bring up the CPR on the bed?  Some said he gets a pass for that because of the condition Michael Jackson was in.
