This is still the cut. From Chris dropping MJ titles from "The Girl Is Mine" to "Beat It" to "Dangerous" was comic gold. Perhaps it will show Justin Bieber how to use actors in future videos.
I was driving in Hollywood the other night trying to escape the heat and I had to turn this up when it came on, full with head bobs and "Shamons" in effect. Kind of like Michael getting down to "Ignition" by R.Kelly.
On that note, you also know we never pass a chance to show MJ getting on down to "Ignition" by R.Kelly while chilling with Brett Rattner.-DocFB
I'm glad I found this live version of "I Want You Back" covered by Victoria Justice and the cast of "Victorious" because the video is horrible.
Everyone gives people flack who cover Jackson 5 songs or MJ songs for that matter, but Victoria does a great live version...and her mic is on. So, hopefully the Michael Jackson fans will dig this cover of the J5 classic that was recorded at the Avalon in Hollywood, Ca.
What do you think of it?-DocFB
Diagnosis: With Her I Would Be Victorious Too
Katherine Jackson is reaching out to all musicians, rappers, and anyone who will perform at an event called MJ Forever, a tribute concert to her late son Michael Jackson. We have a feeling by the end of it, it will be Kris Kross performing with a special appearance by Vanilla Ice.
She has reached out to Kanye West, Jay-Z, Bruno Mars, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Christina Aguilera, and Usher. So far, the only one to say yes is Cee Lo. Cee Lo agrees to everything though. Just ask how that Rihanna tour worked out with him dropping out due to "previous commitments" at perhaps Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles. What? He is the lady-killer, not the doc killer.
Katherine is offering first class travel arrangements and is wanting each artist to perform 1-2 Michael Jackson songs. The event is to take place October 8th yet tickets have not went on sale yet. They said they are waiting for all the names to be announced for the event.
Most of the Jackson family is against this tribute concert. Us? If we are MJ fans, we are not even booking flights or anything. This event has as good of a chance as monkey's flying out of my butt.
What do you think? Will the event take place and what do you think of the invites being made public?-Dr.FB
Diagnosis: Is This What MJ Would Have Wanted?
13 seconds into the "commercial" for Katy Perry's "California Dreams Tour 2011" we see a fan having to be taken away over the barricade. Ala Michael Jackson fans who were fainting back in the day. Interesting.
Also in the clip, Katy takes us behind the scenes of her wardrobe leading up to her appearance on stage.
So the doc has a question: Do you see yourself fainting at a Katy Perry concert?-Dr.FB
Diagnosis: Not For The Faint
Oh my! I am not sure how die-hard Michael Jackson fans will feel about this but....I had to post it.
Check out what it may look like if "Glee" did have a MJ episode and how Michael MAY feel about it. The dig at Jermaine is quite funny though.
Check it out above and let me know what you think.-Dr.FB
Michael Jackson fans, if you want to leave gifts for MJ inside his mausoleum, you will be charged.
Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale has decided to do this and will charge $3 per gift. Only flowers will be brought in however and all other gifts such as stuffed animals or other things will not be brought in.
$3 for gifts? Wow. I mean I understand they must get quite a lot of gifts, but you are still making money off the dead.
I hope his fans donate to MJ's favorite charity instead of gifts he will never see. I know that your heart is in the right place, but do you want to see someone make money off of him after his death?-Dr.FB
"This Is It" producer Dannie Ortega and Katie Holmes were a few of the stars that came out for the "Dizzy Feet" charity event at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday.
I was invited to the event that is “to help underprivileged young people realize their dream of becoming professional dancers.” but had to pass. This was the first year for the Nigel Lythgoe event for the Dizzy Feet Foundation but I am told it will be an annual event.
Hopefully, my schedule next time will be clear. I did want to speak with Nigel and Katie and did want to have a not so heated conversation with Ortega about a few MJ related things but that can wait for another time.
