Entertainment Weekly talked to the creator of Saturday Night Live about Sarah Palin & Tina Fey.
Here are some interesting tidbits from the interview:
The great part about the Palin thing was — and I've said it all too often — was that the audience cast Tina. You'd read or people would come up to you and say, what a gift. You want to point out that Tina's no longer in the cast, that she has her own show. But I think if we had used Kristin [Wiig], who I think would've done a brilliant Sarah Palin, the audience would've been disappointed. No question about it. And Tina's fantastic.
He said this if anything happened between them during the taping;
They talked. You'd have to ask them how it went. There was no kicking and screaming. We know how to behave.
There are more planned appearances of candidates leading up to the election but Lorne remained mum on who and when. He also said if the VP thing does not work out for Sarah, she should def do T.V.
They still have that hunting show on one of the ESPN channels right?-Dr.FB
