11 May New Katy Perry “California Gurls” Featuring Snoop Dogg

Katy Perry’s new song “Summer Gurls” featuring Snoop Dog has been released and well…..I am sure it is going to sound good in my car and at a club BUT I just can’t get over the start which sounds like Kesha’s (blech) “Tik Tok”  and it is a safe pop tune.  It is growing on me but hoping for remixes.

I mean New York gets “A New York State Of Mind” with Jay-Z and Alicia Keys and we get “Summer Gurls” with Katy Perry. 

I guess the last great songs about Los Angeles is “Under The Bridge” by the Red Hot Chili Peppers and “California Love” by 2Pac & Dr. Funkenberry Dre.

    this song is supper catchy. all though i hope she stil rocks on the new cd
