  1. Article published October 26th 2010

  2. uhm…is this info. from 2010 or this year???

  3. P.S. Please consider Denver for one night, Prince.

  4. I think it’s awesome that Prince has tickets for $21. In this economy, who can afford $150? Yep..still a wise man, isn’t he? Creative genius as well. I hope to see one of his concerts in my lifetime.

    hoping….

  5. Please, don’t come to Los Angeles.

I’m here Lickety Lips because I want 2 B. No insults please.

You know fams, once Prince revealed the new song “Welcome 2 America” it struck me what that was about. Its a jaded song about America/USA’s governmental, security issues, etc. etc. Its a whining song about what Prince thinks about the USA. Which is pretty darn close to Tea-Bagger ideology since Jehovah Witnesses DO NOT TRUST the government.

“Welcome 2 America” than is a morose concept or whiny song/tour offering NO solutions to our problems. This from a “legend” “genius” who sold millions of records NOT to fans in Europe with the piggy back release of 2 Otan but to media corporations. He made millions off that little clever non-fan participation move and he’s like speaking for me about how wallstreet got a bailout. Please.

  6. Would be super to have you in the Great North West, Seattle and/or Portland. Las Vegas would be great too.

  7. please come to los angeles…we love you.

  8. @Moogster

    If U don’t like it… why r u even here? U douche bag……

  9. The Jehovah Era Prince does not vote. U R a fan of a Jehovah Witness rock star.

So, if Prince the scripturist, doesn’t vote, why is he welcoming fams to America?

Whats the thought behind this “welcome 2 america’ thing? I don’t understand.

Why did he mix 80’s futurist guitars from a pre-jehovah prince era with sixties type/fonts and a ballet dancer? What the hell is that? Why the mix up of mis-mixed imagery and styles?

Oh, yes, he’s indie, he does it all himself. I see… or Eye C… well, you’re no Art Director or graphic designer Prince. I don’t care how slick the photography or graphics are, they need to say or suggest, communicate something. Clarity is the foundation of graphic design.

Darn it you suck these days.

  10. I guess there will be no Pre-sale ticket offers to old Lotusflower.com members ha?

    Musgrave – Chicago

  11. Don’t get me wrong. I’m a die hard Prince fan from Holland. But I got a bit disillusioned after my $77 Lotusflow3r trip. T-shirt! What t-shirt? And now I have this creepy feeling that somebody’s working on his pensionplan. Money don’t matter 2nite?

  12. This is absolutely incredible…Prince residency in New York. Love it! The ticket prices are fantastic…really nice of Prince to offer the inclusive rather than exclusive option! Everyone can be there, cheers!

  13. Ok so there are now five prices on the website, $20.10 still the lowest, and the highest is now $159.50 🙂 These are some GOOD prices yall!!

  14. This is a brilliant idea to make Prince bankable as a mega concert performer. The write up was the best tribute I ever read about Prince & all true & cements Prince as the new King………..

  15. So far, the highest price is $173.00 and the lowest is $20.10 … this info was pulled off of the IZOD website.

  16. jessica…..call up your friends that have computers and then you will owe them a favor or two…. :-)…..nice price for the cheap seats!!! wondering how much the good seats will be……..$201.00?

  17. yes!now the dilemma of trying to get 5 different dates when they all go on sale the same time

  18. I will be there, front and center!!!

  19. I guess there will be no Pre-sale ticket offers to old Lotusflower.com members ha?

    Musgrave – Chicago

  20. Yay!….cool vid by the way ..(wink) 🙂

  21. $20.10……hmmmmmm.

I somtimes assoicate price with how good something is. For example LotusFlo3er, the 3CD set I saw on sale at Target for .99 cents! If it’s just money he is after, this may be ONE of the reasons why most of his cd’s burn out fast and end up in the trash bins.

  22. Sounds like an easy $10-$15 mil for Prince. 20k capacity at both venues = 100k max capacity sell out crowd.
