Prince is about to embark on his "Welcome 2 Canada" tour and in advance, he has released a new song "Extraloveable" now on sale through I-Tunes Canada.
Don't you wanna take a bath with Prince?
The song clocks in at just 5 minutes long and features the lovely and talented Andy Allo (&Y) and for the hardcore Prince fan, this song is very intriguing.
"Extraloveable" was originally recorded in the early 80's by Prince and is one of his most popular bootlegged songs of all time. It seems Prince is going through his vault at his recording studios, Paisley Park, for material and surprising many fans who thought this song would never be released.
The song has been newly recorded this year so I guess you can call it "Extraloveable 2011" if you want.
The song is being released by Universal Music Group in Canada, however, we feel it is through Live Nation who struck the deal for Prince.
Prince must have major love for the Canadian fans to release something like this before his tour kicks off there. Funky!
Check out a sample of the track below:
The track can ONLY be purchased on Canadian I-Tunes Right now.
We also hear Prince has more surprises for Cananda so stay tuned!

What a great day to be a PRINCE fan, especially if you are in New York!
It all started as a tweet yesterday from a writer of Rolling Stone Magazine;
Just heard that Prince is holding a mysterious press conference in New York tomorrow..
Then Live Nation posted on Facebook:
Ticketmaster's attempt to take over the world will not go unimpeded. In this article from CNN, we learn that the proposed merger between Ticketmaster and Live Nation has prompted calls for an anti-trust investigation. The merger between Ticketmaster and the world's largest concert promoter would "[lock] up a whole lot of the revenue streams for live music, and that is really the most consistent and profitable part of the music business right now," says Ray Waddell, Billboard magazine's concert reporter.
Ticketmaster has also earned the ire of The Boss himself, Bruce Springsteen, who accused Ticketmaster of "scalping" their own tickets to two of his recent shows at the Izod Center in New Jersey. When fans attempted to purchase tickets to the Springsteen shows online, they encountered error messages that prevented them from buying the tickets. The shows subsequently sold out, but almost immediately according to fans, tickets became available on resaler site TicketsNow, a Ticketmaster subsidiary. This prompted N.J. Congressman Bill Pascrell to demand the Justice Department and the Federal Trade Commission have a look at Ticketmaster's practices. Now with the news of the merger, Bill Pascrell has written a letter to the House Judiciary committee asking for a probe.
Oh the horror! After posting the Ticketmaster scandal story, it hits the wires right now and is being reported that Live Nation and Ticketmaster may merge!
We are being told the new company would be called Live Nation Ticketmaster. Wow. Pretty creative stuff. If they try to go through with this, it will have to be approved by antitrust authorities. Seriously, waaaaaay too much power under one roof.
Mr. Azoff of Ticketmaster & Live Nations Michael Rapino would have even more power in the music industry ticket shakedown.-Dr.FB
Blockbuster, who last time handled music acts as Blockbuster Music, is back in the game.
They signed a 3 year deal with Live Nation to sell concert tickets and merchandise at Blockbuster stores.
Ticketmaster, for a long time the only name in the game, is not getting it's contract renewed with Live Nation at the end of this year.
Look for blockbuster to be your ticket "master" starting early next year.-Dr.FB
