The song is actually quite profound. I believe the song may be referencing the long list of people that want to be picked to take a free one way trip to Mars. This long list of people may be reflective of the state of the world and/or their personal lives. You rock Prince — You Funk N Roll Prince! The other artists in these comments have nothing on Prince. Prince is truly the GOAT! Cool video Prince! xoxo

I was so happy when Prince released ArtOfficialAge & PlectrumElectrum (with 3rdEyeGirl). He’s an artist unafraid to explore pretty much all genres & slays at just about everything! We are so blessed to have him in our time.

    B kind 2 others : ) Thanks 4 that #Purplessence – it’s my mantra.

Who Is making better music right now than Prince? Well for starters D Angelo. Yes it took him 15 years to put it out a record, but the man smokes a lot of weed. I mean ALOT of weed.
Marc Ronson and Bruno Mars are all over the radio with Uptown Funk. My 6 year old nephew loves that song. Chris Brown is another I can think of. Everytime he plays a club someone can’t help but shoot it up. And Kanye is the greatest of all time. He is Yeezus and He married into royalty. Nuff said.

thank you prince. I enjoyed the video. I love the song. it is 1 of my favorites off of plectrum album. it is a PUNK song. I only wished prince would have recorded in his career more songs like that. I think the aoa album & plectrum are his best since 1995. practically every song is a winner. yes prince you have found your way back home. oh by the way I love your hair. hope you have a wonderful year in 2015. thank you for the pleasure you give me. sincerely

Trolls kill me, create something of your own and watch people tear it down. WHAT DO YOU WANT?!?!?!?! If you don’t know anything about Prince is that he is looking to do something new or something very different than what everyone else is doing. Both albums were good to me. “If you don’t like it round here, find another” musician to listen to. Who else is making better music. Plectrum is Rock anyway in which some clown compared Marz to D’Angelo’s Funk Album here. D’Angelo’s album is pretty good but I don’t think its a masterpiece and I’m a D’angelo fan. One thing that I have learned about “Prince” fans are the hold him up to unachievable standards and they are never satisfied. D’angelo took 15 years to put out his latest effort and of the people that I know personally and not “CRITICS” I’m the only one listening and truly like it. If You REALLY listen to Prince’s album from the last 15 years, he has some amazing music that will grow on you.

Chances are WB is doing this because Prince has become bored with this album and is no longer promoting it. I knew once Prince left social media we were going to see WB doing it’s best to promote the album because Prince was no longer on board.

Unfocused Since 2009 – Video is terrible, the song is even worse. I hate to see Stars burn out and fizzle….. but it’s happening in front of our eyes.

    Laughable nonsense.

Move on from the extremely unfocused and cheesy 3rdEye stuff. It worked live for a bit, now it is just coming across forced, try hard, unexciting and moribund.

Also….D’Angelo dropped an absolute monster of a masterpiece….Prince is releasing teeny bopper false rock. The fuck happened!?

It’s so bizarre that this is the same guy who wrote 1999, Purple Rain & Sign O the Times. Where is that guy?

Altered versions of a TV performance should not be called videos. Is WB that is doing this? Because this is insulting to fans.
