The music world lost a legend today as the singer of "At Last" & "Something's Got A Hold On Me", Etta James has died at the age of 73.
It was announced last month that Etta was "terminally ill" last month. The singer was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2010 and also was battling Hepatitis C.

Simon Cowell didn't believe Josh Krajcik when he said he was going to sing "At Last" by Etta James. Even I didn't.
L.A. Reid called it that this was his "before" moment with what he was wearing and to give his burrito job to someone else.
Josh Kajcik killed it. A white boy singing soul like Lou Reed and David Bowie rised up inside of him.
Loved it. Glad X Factor is giving us quite a lot of good auditions. Unless Simon is not as mean as he used to be. Nahhhhh.-DocFB

Don't tell Etta James that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. In spite of the fact that Beyonce portrayed the legendary singer in last year's film Cadillac Records, James is none too pleased with the younger singer performing Etta's classic "At Last" at President Obama's Neighborhood Inaugural Ball.
"She gonna get her ass whipped,” James told the audience at her Seattle concert eight days after Beyonce's presidential performance. “I can’t stand Beyonce, she had no business up there singing ... my song that I’ve been singing forever.”
