Vanessa Hudgens made the trek to support her man, Zac Efron after a pretty good hosting job of Saturday Night Live.

It’s not every day you have a skit where a male Saturday Night Live member puts your foot in his mouth.  Not to mention a skit with Fred Armisen played a mother who looked a little like the Octopussy mom.

Well, Saturday Night Live had their second bad show of the season IMO.  The 2nd one back to back. (although off for Holidays & Inaguaration.)

Fred Armisen was spot on a few skits and is really having a break out season continued from the first part of last season that derailed with the writers strike.  His clips were post-worthy and I will most likely post them tomorrow.-Dr.FB

Just want to say I am not posting the John McCain skit on Saturday Night Live because the QVC thing was lame.  The Weekend Update one was not much better. 

 I have tried to be “fair & balanced” thru the election, but it was hella-lame.  Not even Tina Fey as Sarah Palin could save it from how straight whack it was.  The episode as a whole was bad aside from Fred Armisen or that other scene stealing female lead whose name escapes me now.

I am sure that other blogger posted it without looking at it.  Me?  I just wanted to save you from about 8 minutes of your life you would not get back.-Dr.FB

Amy Poehler just gave birth to a baby boy and will miss the live taping of Saturday Night Live. 

Seth Myers will have to do Weekend Update alone like back in the day when Dennis Miller used to do it. 

On another note, Maya Rudolph, who left the cast last year, will return ala Tina Fey to play Michelle Obama. 

Amy said she would leave Saturday Night Live after her baby is born so Thursday Weekend Update was her last appearance.-Dr.FB
