Howard Stern Takes On Gabourey Sidibe: Keeping It Real Or Real Ignorant?

Howard Stern took on the star of "Precious" Gabourey Sidibe from her weight and how she never will get another movie role in Hollywood.

It was mean but I heard some people saying themselves that Gabourey would never get another movie role this weekend even before the Oscars or Howard's comments?

So is Howard keeping it real or keeping it real ignorant?

Is Casey Anthony Guilty?

Mrs. Robin Thicke was at The Cannes Film Festival promoting "Precious", a film by Lee Daniels.  Patton stars as Ms. Rain, a caring school teacher who tries to help Gabourey Sidibe's character get away from her abusive mother, (Mo'Nique) and a father who raped her. From the reviews, this movie is a sure tear jerker and who knows it just may get a nomination.

The movie is based on a Sapphire's novel, 'Push'.

Patton is one very lucky women, she is married to the hotness of a man, Robin Thicke....I know I had to say it :)

*Thanks for the correction* :)

Video: “Push” Trailer

We talked about the movie before and figured we should hit you up with the trailer before you "push us to.  Eek.  That was as bad as it sounded.  Regardless, enjoy the trailer.-Dr.FB

(Please Note: This is NOT the Tyler Perry "Push".  Yea, yea, we know we got them mixed up.  But thank you to those that noticed.  I appreciate it big time.)

Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry, better known to us mere mortals as Queen and King of the Universe, join their clout and their production companies with Lionsgate to distribute Push: Based on a Novel by Sapphire. Harpo Films and 34th Street Films will work in partnership with Lionsgate who acquired North American distribution rights from Smokewood Entertainment Group. Push: Based on a Novel by Sapphire was a big winner at this year's Sundance Film Festival, racking up the Grand Jury Prize and the Audience Award, a feat previously accomplished only twice, and earning star Mo'Nique a Special Jury Prize for acting. The film is directed by Lee Daniels, and joining Mo'Nique in the cast are Mariah Carey, Lenny Kravitz, Paula Patton, Sherri Shepherd, and newcomer Gabourey "Gabby" Sidibe. The story is, of course, based on the 1996 novel by Sapphire.

The synopsis here is from Sundance Institute:

Precious Jones (Gabourey "Gabby" Sidibe) is a high-school girl with nothing working in her favor. She is pregnant with her father's child - for the second time. She can't read or write, and her schoolmates tease her for being fat. Her home life is a horror, ruled by a mother (Mo'Nique) who keeps her imprisoned both emotionally and physically. Precious's instincts tell her one thing: if she's ever going to break from the chains of ignorance, she will have to dig deeply into her own resources
