Just 24 hours earlier, he was in Los Angeles for the Golden Globes. It may have been old in New York but at least it wasn’t come down like it has been in Los Angeles.

Gossip Girl’s Taylor Momsen was heading to the set to film and out came her garters yet again. I am still not feeling a 16 year old wearing garters.
I know it’s her character Jenny Humphrey wearing it for the show but still. I feel like I am alone in this and if I was under 18, I would think it is hot or if she was over 21, I would think it’s hot. But on both accounts, it is not.
