This tour was supposed to last a few years and with the band getting tired out and now Eddie Van Halen's emergency surgery, it now appears it really will last a few years.
Eddie Van Halen had successful emergency surgery for a severe bout of diverticulitis. That is quite painful.
There is no further surgery needed but Eddie will be recovering for the next 4-6 months.
The Japanese leg of the tour will now take place in 2013.
We wish Eddie and speedy recovery. We hope the pain subsides soon.-DocFB
Diagnosis: Below is video from the rehearsal show at The Forum earlier this year.
Some say Lady Gaga is not of this world, and what she was spotted wearing in Hong Kong might prove people right.
After 3 successful shows in Hong Kong, she made an appearance outside her hotel rocking the highest of high heels along with a white Alpana and Neeraj dress.
Gaga is set to do 3 shows in Japan next. No word if the mothership will be joining her in orbit.-DocFB
Lady Gaga is being sued. No, not for wearing green armpit hair and cooch hair at the Much Music Awards, but maybe she should have been. Gaga is being sued by a woman in Michigan who claims that the $5.00 wristband's sold for Japan Earthquake relief are not going to Japan after all. Her reason? Because the wristbands were only $5.00 and did not have tax or shipping and handling charges. Gaga decided to take on those charges and just make the wristbands $5.00 We are told by Gaga's reps the lawsuit has no merit.......
Charlie Sheen returning to TV? He tells everyone he is. This time saying TBS wants to sign him and is pulling out all the stops. We are told by TBS it is not true and they have not discussed anything with the former 2 and half men star. He claimed earlier this year that HBO was trying to sign him and we are told as well that it is not true. Add insult to injury, they are killing him off of "2 And Half Men" so he can never come back to the show.....
America Ferrera married her longtime boyfriend Ryan Piers Williams on Monday night....... Tia Mowry gave birth to a baby boy as her husband Cory Hardrict was by her side.......David Duchovny & Tia Leoni are "taking a break" after the couple split in 2008 as Duchovny said he was suffering from sex addiction. The couple soon was back together. The break was released in a statement on Tuesday.-Dr.FB

This is behind the scenes footage of Katy Perry while touring in Japan for her "California Dreams" tour.
Russell Brand, Katy Perry's husband wanted to see his wife and made the trip to Japan, but was quickly deported. Russell tried to make light of the situation, so no one knows if it was earlier indiscretions in his career, or for something new.
Her reaction to his deportation is around the :30 second mark of the clip. She makes light of his deportation and cheers immigration a little after the 2:00 mark as well.
I lover her interaction with the Japanese fans she meets. Plus, she is wearing a really cool Johnny Depp shirt. Can't go wrong.
She also riffs on Rufus & Chaka Khan's "Ain't Nobody" with tour mates.-Dr.FB
Diagnosis: Katy Has Some GREAT Fans In Japan
On Wednesday night, Sheila E. hosted an impromptu "Bowling for Japan" fundraiser at Corbin Bowl in Tarzana, CA to benefit disaster relief efforts in Japan. Fans found out about it through Sheila's Facebook and Twitter announcements earlier in the day.
Those who attended were treated to $1 bowling to help drive donations. There was a great turnout for the event. The Doc had a good time meeting Sheila E. and other celebs who were in mixing with the regular folk.
Word from the event was that Sheila blew away the crowd with her bowling skillz - no wonder she likes these bowling fundraisers! And haven't we seen that pose somewhere before - like on tour with Prince as she descends on the lift after Glamorous Life? Sheila's got all the showmanship...
Sheila tweeted this out last night:
"Just got home from the bowling 4 hope fundraiser, thx 2 every1 4 coming out & supporting. U have all helped save lives with ur donation" @sheilaedrummer

Angelina Jolie was showing some major leg in the Japan for the premiere of "Salt" in Japan.
I am trying to focus my eyes and not her hands...which I have never seen like that before. Do you see what I see?-Dr.FB
Lady Gaga performed in Kobe, Japan on Wednesday. What? Did you think this was video of Lady Gaga doing Kobe Bryant? Tsk. Tsk. Have to love misleading titles.
Kind of surprised of the shaky camerawork because Japan always the latest technology. The other clip I found, the camerawork was better but the sound was bad.
Regardless, watch Lady Gaga performing "Bad Romance" and tear it up as only she can.-Dr.FB
An 8.8 Earthquake has rocked Chile this morning, killing dozens so far and triggering Tsunami warnings for Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Hawaii, Australia, Russia and other Pacific Islands. There is even a warning for the coast of California.
The Earthquake hit about 3:30 in the morning over there. So far, there has been 2 aftershocks over there, one at 6.2 and another at 5.4.
This came just hours after a 6.9 earthquake shook Japan. There is no major damage there.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to those effected by these events.-Dr.FB
Johnny Depp arrived in Japan earlier this week and fans were waiting for him at the airport. Paps were waiting for him as well. I rarely get on people for what they wear during plane rides and I won't get on Johnny for what looks like a weekend in Dallas instead of a trip to Japan.
Johnny Depp is there promoting "Public Enemies", the movie that came out earlier this year in America. Johnny signed for the fans and spent a little more time with a girl who was in a wheelchair.
Johnny is all heart. Just don't film his kids at the airport and all will be cool.-Dr.FB
