Beyonce Shuts Everyone Up By Performing National Anthem Live
We all know that Beyonce can sing. Her lip syncing at the Presidential Inauguration was blown out of proportion. I used it as a joke but we all know Beyonce can sing.
During her press conference for the NFL Super Bowl Half-Time Show, she belted out a rendition of the "Star-Spangled Banner" and it shut everyone up. If she lip syncs at the Super Bowl, then they will talk again til the Grammys.
Now maybe we can move to something more important. What is the other big music news this week. A fight between Chris Brown and Frank Ocean? Sigh. Grammy week cannot come soon enough.-DocFB

Beyonce performed the "Star Spangled Banner" at President Obama's 2nd Inauguration earlier today.
Was it us or was Obama looking at Beyonce like a proud papa?
She did not perform "At Last" like last time which upset Etta James who has since passed away.
Beyonce's next performance will be at the Super Bowl Halftime Show in less than 2 weeks.-DocFB

We are so proud of our girl Shelby J.!!! Not only did she drop her latest song "North Carolina" with Anthony Hamilton yesterday, she performed the "Star Spangled Banner" before The Charlotte Bobcats played the Los Angeles Clippers last night!
We heard that Shelby's performance of the song was the best the Bobcats had all year.

American Idol winner Kris Allen will sing the "Star Spangled Banner" at the Staple Center in Los Angeles for Game 2 Sunday night before the Los Angeles Lakers battle the Orlando Magic.
This is the 7th American Idol contestant to perform during the NBA Finals. We wish Kris good luck and do not change the lyrics like Tyrese tried to do, you will get booed! Again Kris, good luck and go Lakers!-Dr.FB

Fresh off of surprising Texas Stadium on Thanksgiving for a rip-roaring version of "The Star-Spangled Banner" before the Dallas Cowboys game and then rocking the MGM Grand with the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato made an appearance at the "Santa Parade".
O.K., going to go off topic right now and will most likely do this a lot til December 25th. The "Santa Parade" used to be called the Hollywood Christmas Parade. Used to be.
Why the change? Why do we say Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas? Does it really offend people or did we just get to dang politically correct. You say Merry Christmas, she says Happy Hanukkah back, another person says Happy Kwanzaa, another says Happy Festivas, another says I don't celebrate these Holy Daze. So what?
